What I collect
When you sign up for the weekly email: your name, your email address, your two answers on the form (who you are, and whether you've built anything like this yourself), when you signed up, the page you signed up from, and your browser's user-agent string. I also keep whether your thank-you email went out and whether you've unsubscribed.
To stop spam, the form counts signups per visitor using a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address. That count deletes itself within two hours, and your IP address itself is never stored.
What I use it for
To send you the weekly email and a one-time thank-you when you sign up, and so I know who's reading. That's all. I don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Where it lives
The site, the signup list and the emails all run on Cloudflare. Replies to the email come to my inbox.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you to other sites, and doesn't identify you.
Videos
Videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. Once you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
Unsubscribing, or deleting your details
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. To have your details deleted entirely, reply to any email from adigaber.com and ask, and I'll remove them.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
